Question 1

What is your typical turnaround time?

Accepted Answer

Most apparel and promotional jobs are completed within 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Signage and larger custom runs may take longer — we’ll always confirm a realistic timeline upfront.

Question 2

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the decoration method. DTF printing and embroidery can be done on single garments, while screen printing starts from 12 garments and dye sublimation from 10. Get in touch and we’ll recommend the best option for your job.

Question 3

What artwork file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We prefer vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) for the cleanest results, but we can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Our team can also redraw or tidy up your artwork if needed.

Question 4

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While our showroom and workshop are based in Capalaba, Redland City, we service businesses, clubs and organisations right across Australia.

Question 5

Do you handle decoration in-house?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Screen printing, DTF, embroidery and signage production all happen on-site, which means tighter quality control, faster turnaround and better pricing for you.

Question 6

How do I collect or receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Collect from our Capalaba showroom — call 07 3823 5753 first so someone is ready for you. Local signage is delivered and installed by our trade installers, and out-of-area orders go by courier, quoted on request. We pack everything securely; we recommend arranging transit insurance for high-value orders.

Question 7

What artwork do you need for embroidery?

Accepted Answer

Embroidery artwork is digitised into stitches, so we can work from computer files, scans or even a clear hand drawing. The cleaner the image, the sharper the stitched result.
