Promo Shack Pty Ltd (ABN 33 142 149 611) handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

• Details you enter in our enquiry form: name, email, phone, company, the services, quantities and timing you choose, and your message.
• Artwork or logo files you upload with an enquiry.
• Your IP address and the page you sent the form from, used to block spam and limit repeat submissions.

We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare catalogues, mock-ups and quotes, and complete your order.
• To send you a confirmation email when you submit the form.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it with suppliers, decorators or couriers where needed to produce and deliver your order.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are delivered by email to our Google Workspace inbox. Google stores email data in data centres that can be located outside Australia. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Spam-protection records hold a one-way hash of your IP address for up to one hour; uploaded files are emailed to us and not kept on the web server.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@promoshack.com.au or call 07 3823 5753, and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handled your information, contact us first so we can fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
